A Better HCS Group Home, Inc. program provides individualized services and supports to persons with intellectual disabilities who are living with their family, in their own home or in other community settings, such as small group homes.
At A Better HCS Home, Inc. we provide specialized expertise that ensures those with Special Needs live a maximized life in their community. We’re here to help them achieve their greatest potential, as they grow and integrate into their best
independent life.
A BETTER TEAM
A Better HCS Group Home Inc. is owned and managed by persons with expertise in the HCS/TxHmL and related healthcare fields. Both programs provide a comprehensive community-based services system for persons with intellectual disabilities.
A BETTER SERVICE
A person directed plan (PDP) and Individual Plan of Care (IPC) is developed by an Interdisciplinary Team for each individual enrolled in the HCS/TxHmL program based upon individualized assessment and the individual’s strengths, needs, and personal goals.
